Orthodontics

Orthodontics is a field of dentistry that deals with the correction of misaligned teeth and jawbones which results in the ongoing development of the child and in later life Orthodontic irregularities can occur, but may be the result of genetic behavior. An orthodontist is a dentist trained to diagnose, prevent, and treat, and correction of crooked teeth, misaligned jaws, and irregular bite patterns irregularities in the teeth and jaw. They are trained to modify existing conditions and find problems that may occur in the future. Orthodontists work with individuals of all ages, from children to grownups. The most common orthodontic irregularities are:

  • Progenia
  • Reverse overbite
  • Crossbite
