Rafah Sami Ayoub is professor of physiology at Dental Basic Science Department, College of dentistry, Kirkuk University, Iraq. Has a PhD degree in physiology since 2003. She has published more than 20 papers in national and international journals and one book, has taught dental undergraduate and postgraduate students for more than 30 years, And has nominated as an examiner for a number of postgraduate students in different faculties and supervised Msc students in faculty of dentistry, in Mosul university .Dr. Rafah appointed as Dean Assistant for scientific affairs in Dental College, Mosul university and has long teaching experience in medical and oral physiology and medical biology.

Professor Mahmoud YM Taha (BVMS, MSc, PhD, Ml.Biol, DcPath is a graduate of Baghdad Vet. Medical college 1979. Then he obtained MSc degree in Virology. After that he trained on Diagnostic virology in Rasheed Military Hospital. In 1984 he became a member of the scientific staff of Dental College, Mosul University. In 1990 he obtained his PhD degree in virology from Glasgow University and appointed as Dean Assistant for scientific research in Dental College, then appointed as Head Department of Dental Basic Science and Director of Diagnostic lab in the Dental hospital, Mosul University. He has published more that 50 papers and supervised MSc and PhD students in the field of virology and oral microbiology. Prof. Taha is a member of Editorial Board of many journals in virology and Dental sciences. Prof. Taha has published many books in the field of Oral Microbiology and Virology.

Amer A. Taqa is a head professor at Dental Basic Science, College dentistry, Mosul University, Iraq. Have PhD degree in Dental chemistry. He has published more 100 researches papers in national and international academic journals and authored 22 books. His research interests include dental chemistry, medical chemistry, and inorganic chemistry. He is editorial member in more than 140 international journals. He Nominated as a member of the organizing committees for a number of international and local conferences.

Dr. Licos is a multi-awarded dental practitioner who has proven his commitment in the field of Public Health. He was a graduate of Doctor of Dental Medicine at University of Baguio in 1993. He has earned his advanced studies in Public Health as Doctor of Public Health at the National Institute of Public Health, Wako City, Japan. He garnered his Master of Public Health major in International Health at the National Institute of Public Health, Wako City, Japan Dr. Licos is a truly Health Service Provider wherein he served as Dentist II at the Department of Education, Division of La Union from 2002 to 2009. He eventually transferred and promoted as Dentist III at the Department of Health Regional Office I on April 1, 2009 wherein he was the Oral Health Program Manager in region 1 from 2009 to 2016. On April 13, 2016, he transferred to a DOH Retained Hospital, the Ilocos Training and Regional Medical Center, City of San Fernando La Union as Dentist III.On December 16, 2017, he was promoted as Dentist V and presently the Head of the Dental Medicine Department of Ilocos Training and Regional Medical Center, City of San Fernando La Union. Throughout his time in government as dedicated Learning Service Provider, he has received numerous recognitions and citations not only for his invaluable dental service and practice but also for his unrelenting humanitarian care and compassion.
